Rashkaa as a raid drone

Where should I go?
I'm tired of playing Rashkaa IC... So i've decided i'll use his healing prowess to do some good in raids. I'm still collecting healing garb but basically i'll need a fairly new Raiding guild to join.

I'd love to join agali/tak's but i don't think i have the gear for it... Still.

Any ideas anyone?

I've seen a few guilds asking for members for T4 content on the Trade Channel, so maybe hang out in a city with Trade turned on and see who advertises
