Oblivions Caress (now the home of Tak, Agali, Ragd, Hapam and Ganth) has defeted Lady Vashj!
This is a huge step for any PvE guild, after the attunments for Mount Hyjal were removed alot of guild gave up on Vashj or just skipped her all together.
It's a fight all about co-ordination and team work.
I didn't take any screenshots as I was panicing too much, but one of our other Warlocks got a video of the kill!

I'll break it down for those interested enough to know what's going on:
Phase 1
This is practically tank and spank.
Lady Vashj occasionally roots everyone in melee range to her and runs around multishotting the raid.
Every so often she puts a static charge on someone which deals alot of damage to the target and those around them. People have to be aware of what's going on around them and be mobile.
No one must die in this phase, rebirths are needed for phase 3.
At 70% phase two happens.
Phase 2
Lady Vashj protects herself in the centre of the platform using three generators. When these generators are deactivated phase 3 starts. She casts chain lightening on the raid.
The little blue elementals in the video spawn at the bottom of the platform and travel up. For every one that gets to Vashj the damage she deals in phase 3 increases by 10%, so we can only let one or two get to her.
Green elementals spawn ever minute, these are lootable and have an item called a core. When someone has the core they are immobalised and must throw the core around the raid until it gets to someone next to a generator so the generator can be deactivated. These elementals also shoot poison bolts that tick for 2k damage.
Nagas spawn every so often, these must be tanked in the middle and kept away from anyone in cloth as they can cleave and 1 shot clothies.
The most dangerous part of this phase is the striders that spawn ever miniute. This is the big three legged thing that the warlock in the video was kiting. The striders 1 shot clothies if they hit them with thier tenticle. The also do a mind blast for 2-3k damage on the person with the highest aggro and they have an AoE fear that they spam, meaning they can't be tanked. More than one cannot be alive at a time.
Phase 3
Lady Vashj is picked up by a tank right away while the rest of the raid finsihes off elementals (which stop spawning now), nagas and striders.
Vashj is on 50% at the start of the phase and must be burned down as fast as possible.
Spore bats spawn high above the raid and must be killed by hunters. They drop poison clouds (the green shit you see on the floor) which hurt. The tank must move her from the poison clouds and kite her around the platform.
Vashj multishots the raid still and puts static charges on people still. So everyone must be fully mobile moving from the static charges and from the poison.
OC didn't really have enough hunters which is why there was so much green shit about, saddly my warlock range doesn't cut it for the bats.

So yes, an insane fight where if you're not doing 3 things at once you're not doing your job right. Even healers have to DPS in this fight.
